Using the Honey Notify system is simple:

So, how do you enter? Well, first you do a search on this site, just like any other search. In the result page that appears, you have to look below the table with results (if there are results), fill in your email address in the little white box, and press Notify me! Easy enough, right?

From that moment on, you'll get a maximum of 1 email a day with a list of new honeys matching your criteria. You can always narrow down or expand your match criteria in a new search later if you're not satisfied. Fill in your email address again, and from then on the Notify computer will only mail you with honeys that match your new search criteria.
